Warranty:
WHITELINE warrants to the End User that goods shall be free of defects for a period of One Year from the date of End User receipt of product. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received by the Dealer or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions.
Proper care and usage are essential to preserving the Dealer’s rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your WHITELINE merchandise is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other chemicals, or if exposed to sunlight or extreme heat (except for outdoor items suitable for such use).
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, stains, or indentations.
This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “as is” at time of purchase.
Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials in WHITELINE products, normal variations can occur from piece to piece. This warranty does not cover such variations.
If any model or sample is shown to Dealer, such model or sample is used merely to illustrate the general type and quality of goods, and not to represent that goods supplied to Dealer will necessarily conform in all respects to the sample or model.
WHITELINE will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from defect in the product.
This warranty becomes effective with the delivery date.
Brand: Zuo Modern Contemporary Inc.
Limited Warranty:
Zuo Modern Contemporary, Inc. ("ZUO") warrants that its furniture and accessories will be free from defects in construction for a period of three (3) years. Warranty coverage begins on the date the unit was originally sold by Zuo.
Warranty Limitations:
ZUO's limited warranty does not cover defects, damages, or failure caused by the common carrier, user, or other persons, pets, or rodents, or resulting from, without limitation, any of the following: careless handling, modification of any type for any reason, incorrect use or any use in a manner inconsistent with the design of the furniture or accessory (i.e., standing on a chair, which should only be used for seating), lack of routine proper maintenance, use of abrasive or improper cleaners, or acts of God, such as lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc.
In addition, ZUO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or losses from any cause including its own negligence, including without limitation loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss.
This limited warranty does not include: labor, transportation, or other costs incurred in the shipment of the original unit, or loss of use damage, including loss of sales, profit, or business advantage of any kind under any circumstances. Furniture or accessories are excluded from warranty coverage if any addition, deletion, or modification of any kind whatsoever has been made to the unit. ZUO's liability hereunder shall not exceed the amount paid for the original piece of furniture or accessory. Zuo will replace or repair the piece of furniture or the accessory at ZUO's option. Warranty coverage is provided in the United States of America only.
Exclusion Of Implied Warranties:
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED ALTOGETHER OR TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. TO THE EXTENT THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED, THEY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
NOTICE: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state
to state. There are no warranties applicable to Zuo products except as expressly stated herein or as implied by applicable state and federal laws. ZUO is not responsible for any statements or representations made in any form that go beyond, are broader than, or are inconsistent with this Limited Warranty.

Teak and Solid Hardwood Outdoor Furniture:
Anderson honors the Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser, to be free from the manufacturing defects and workmanship, but does not include any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture. Anderson will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts excluding shipping cost from the retailer to and from Anderson or a repair center appointed by the Customer Service Department of Anderson to the original purchaser. After one year from the date of purchase, the customer will be responsible to packing, and all the shipping and transportation costs. A 1-Year Limited Warranty is given to all frames used in upholstered chairs, love seats, sofas, ottomans, loungers, benches and tables for commercial use. However, a 2-Year Limited Warranty is given for residential use for the same products mentioned above.
All-Weather Wicker Frames:
Anderson honors the Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser, to be free from the manufacturing defects. Anderson will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts excluding shipping cost from the retailer to and from Anderson or a repair center appointed by the Customer Service Department of Anderson to the original purchaser. Umbrella Frames & Fabrics
Anderson warrants patio umbrellas and umbrella bases to the original retail purchaser for 1 year against manufacturing defects from exposure conditions, splitting and rusting.
Fabrics are warranted for 1 year. At the discretion of the manufacturer, a damaged part will be replaced free of charge (excluding shipping)with the proof of purchase.
Cushions:
Anderson warrants the seat cushions to you, the original retail purchaser, for 1 year from date of purchase, against loss of resiliency. All cushioning will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This should be considered normal wear, and not as a loss of resiliency or a manufacturing defect. Anderson will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts excluding shipping costs from the retailer to and from Anderson or a repair center appointed by the Customer Service Department of Anderson to the original purchaser. All cushions orders are final. No return, no refund after the cushion is being made.
What The Warranties Do not Cover:
– Caused by abusive use
– Caused by lack of reasonable use or necessary care as well as maintenance
– Worn out and fading due to exposure to ocean air (when use at beach area)
– Normal fading of fabrics or upholstery materials
– Changes in wood color due to natural aging of the wood or sunlight exposure
– Breaking of table tops caused by umbrella
– Glass tabletops
– Cracking of tubing due to high pressure to water or freezing temperatures
– Wind damage
– Acts of Nature
Warranty and Proof of Purchase:
Proof of purchase is required with the valid date of warranty only from the original buyer. Pictures or other proof may also be required to claim the warranty.
Limitation and Exceptions:
All Products
These Limited Warranties provide coverage to the original purchaser and do not apply to rented use. These Limited Warranties do not apply to any merchandise purchased “as is” or second-hand nor to any merchandise purchased at a distress sale, going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator. All warranties, express and implied, cover only normal usage. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.
100% Product Guarantee:
If you’re not satisfied with our product, let us know and we’ll make it right. Within 30 days, we’ll gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery and restocking charges*) or credit you for our other items. After 30 days items may be exchanged for the same product or for merchandise credit (excluding delivery and restocking charges*).
Remedy:
Under these Limited Warranties, the sole liability of Anderson is limited to repair, or at its option, replacement. Anderson will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts excluding shipping costs from the retailer to and from Anderson to the original purchaser. After one year from the date of purchase, the purchaser will be responsible for labor, packing, and all shipping and transportation costs. If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, Anderson reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences.
Fabrics:
The fabric warranties do not cover any damage or failure of the fabric where there is evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, or chemical treatment with any protective coating by the dealer or consumer, and use of such treatment voids all warranties.
Finishes:
These Limited Warranties do not cover any damage to or failure of the finish resulting from alcohol or water damage, exposure to sunlight, household humidity, or incorrect application of chemical treatment or any protective coating by the dealer or consumer.
Implied Warranties:
Implied warranties, including any of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose imposed on the sale of this furniture and it parts under state law, are limited to the following duration. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Brand: Walker Edison
Limited Warranty Policy:
The Walker Edison limited warranty policy covers any defects in materials or workmanship in your new Walker Edison product for 90 days from receipt of product, on the terms and conditions and with the exceptions described herein.
We will repair or replace, in our discretion, any defective product or part. For items for which we do not carry replacement stock, we will issue credit for use on our website at www.WalkerEdison.com.
To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the claim form at https://walkeredison.com/pages/customer-service or email all required information, including proof of purchase, detailed description of the defect, and photos clearly showing the defect, to service@walkeredison.com. A representative will review your description of the problem and contact you for more information and/or our determination as to any repair or replacement.
Walker Edison products purchased from a third-party seller and still eligible for return should be returned directly to that seller. For products outside of the seller return window, to be eligible for repair or replacement under this warranty, you must meet all conditions described herein, and provide proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misassembly, abuse, misuse, modification to the product, theft, natural disaster, flood or other water damage, fire or smoke damage, accident, or any other hazardous occurrence. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Items identified as “closeout,” “discontinued,” or “final sale” are not covered by this warranty.
No other warranties exist beyond the rights stated herein. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Techni Mobili Warranty:
Desks, laptop carts, and file cabinets have a limited 5-year warranty. Storage boxes have a limited 1-year warranty.
RTA Products, LLC warrants to the Original Purchaser who acquired a new product from RTA Products or its authorized resellers that this product will be free from defects in its workmanship and materials, under normal use and service conditions, as described herein. "Defects" as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections that impair the use of the furniture or product. RTA Products LLC will replace any defective part, at its discretion, and without charge to the original purchaser other than the freight from the end consumer to RTA Products.
Replacement parts can only be supplied if parts are available. Items out of production may be unavailable. This warranty will be effective for the applicable time period beginning the date of purchase on your original sales receipt. RTA product’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products or parts as provided herein. This product has been designed for and is intended for office and home-office use only. This warranty is Original Purchaser’s sole remedy for product defects, and this warranty does not extend to any product, or damage to any product, caused by or attributed to abuse or misuse, products used for commercial or rental purposes, use modifications of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or extended hereunder is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitations any implied warranty or merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Please note, all desks made with PVC Laminate surface should not be exposed to direct sunlight, as it may damage the material. Damage of this nature is not covered under this warranty.
RTA Products will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to merchandise purchased in the Continental United States, excludes AK, HI and PR. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
To file a Claim within the 48 contiguous United States: Email us to warranty@rtaproducts.com to explain the defect and provide your name, address, phone number, model number of our product, date and place, and proof of purchase. Please provide pictures of the damage or defect. If the product is purchased through a third party seller, then you must contact the seller to process claim.
If we determine that a replacement will remedy the situation, and in order to determine the extent or the cause of the defect, purchaser may be requested to send the part in question at purchaser’s expense. Once we receive the part, we will examine it and determine whether the claim is valid (or not), and then proceed to send the replacement. We will ship the replacement at our expense.
Techni Mobili Chair Warranty: Task/Kid's Chair has a 1-year warranty. Executive/Manager Chair has a 2-year warranty.
RTA Products, LLC has warranted the Techni Mobili office chairs to the original purchaser who acquired a new product from RTA Products or its authorized resellers of the product against defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of defective chair components or materials that fails under normal use as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to merchandise purchased in the Continental United States, excludes AK, HI and PR. No assembly labor is included. The word "defects" as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections that impair the utility of the product.
This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects that result from intentional damage, negligence, unreasonable use or exposure.
Liability for consequential damages is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State.
RTA Products does not warrant: a) natural variations in character marks b) changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light c) marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather d) failure resulting from normal wear and tear e) the matching of colors, grains, or textures of natural materials f) the colorfastness or the matching of textiles, including an exact match to cuttings or to swatch cards g) damage, marking, or staining of veneer surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds, damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight h) we do not warrant products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.
RTA Products shall not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or incidental or consequential damages.Any modification to the original product voids the warranty. We do not warrant the performance of the product when used in combination with other than original products.
