Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

In-stock orders typically ship within five business days once payment has been processed. Products from the Zentique collection may require additional processing time, with shipping estimated between 5-10 business days. Once orders are shipped, the average transit times in the USA for small package shipping, also known as parcel shipping, range from 3-7 business days, and less-than-truckload (LTL) orders can take 3-10 business days. These average transit times depend on where the products are shipping to. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@soeofficedesks.com.

Within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), we offer free shipping on all orders shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Extra fees will be associated with shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. LTL shipments are subject to applicable freight charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

LTL Freight Shipping Policy:

Some of our larger and heavier office furniture items require shipment via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. Because LTL pricing varies depending on your location, carrier availability, and the size of the item, our website cannot display real-time freight rates at checkout.

As soon as we receive your information, we’ll reach out with a confirmed freight quote and next steps. Orders submitted without prior freight confirmation may be placed on hold until shipping charges are finalized.
