Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment.

We then contact our suppliers to confirm inventory availability. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you by email and void the authorization. If your item is available for shipment within 5 business days, we will process the payment and prepare the order for shipment.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • In-stock items typically ship within 5 business days after payment is processed

  • Zentique products may require 5–10 business days for processing

  • Processing times vary by manufacturer

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of the shipment leaving the warehouse.

Transit Times

Estimated transit times after shipment:

  • Parcel (FedEx / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days

  • LTL Freight: 3–10 business days

Transit times may vary based on delivery location and carrier availability.

Shipping Rates

Contiguous United States

  • Free shipping on qualifying parcel shipments via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground

  • Alaska and Hawaii are excluded and may incur additional shipping fees

LTL Freight Shipments (Large or Heavy Items)

Some office furniture items require LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight delivery due to size or weight.

Because LTL freight pricing varies based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Item dimensions and weight

  • Residential vs. commercial delivery

  • Liftgate requirements

Freight charges are not included in free shipping promotions.

How LTL Freight Pricing Works

  • LTL shipping costs are calculated before the order is finalized

  • Customers may be asked to confirm freight charges prior to shipment

  • Orders requiring LTL freight may be placed on hold until shipping costs are confirmed

Shipping Confirmation
